COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

UPDATE – Due to the current pandemic we have experienced a few delays with the stock of some of our items.  As our manufacturing partners continue to work in a safe way this has had some impact on the arrival of stock. We will ensure to keep our customers updated where we can and we thank you for your patience during this time.

During this very difficult time we are of course taking the current COVID-19 outbreak extremely seriously. The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, families and friends is our top priority. We are working alongside current government guidelines and adapting our processes to reduce the risks for everyone whilst maintaining a good level of service for all our customers.


As always, we are here to help, our amazing customer service team are working from their homes – most of which have young families. We are experiencing an extremely high demand of queries which we take very seriously and we are trying to work through these as quickly as possible. It may take a little longer to reply or process your order, so please be patient during these difficult times.


Our dispatch team are working safely and adhering to all social distancing, hygiene and working guidelines with our team and logistics partners, so it may take a little longer than usual for your order(s) to arrive. Until further notice we are extending our returns policy to 90 days from time of purchase for all products This is backdated for all purchases made on or after 1st April 2020.
