• The prize will be an Obaby product or products as specified in the competition promotion.
• The exact prize will be stated in the relevant competition advertisement or promotional material.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize, except at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Obaby reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

• To enter, customers must leave a genuine product review on the Obaby website for an Obaby product they have purchased.
• The review must be submitted using the review facility available on the relevant product page on the Obaby website.
• Once a qualifying review has been submitted, the entrant will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
• The review must relate to the product purchased and reflect the entrant’s genuine experience.
• Only one entry per person per product purchased will be accepted.
• Reviews submitted after the stated competition closing date will not be eligible for that prize draw.
• There is no additional purchase necessary to enter beyond having purchased the product being reviewed.

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must have purchased an eligible Obaby product directly from the Obaby website.
• Employees of Obaby, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

• The competition will run from the date stated in the relevant promotional material.
• The closing date for each competition will be clearly stated in the relevant competition promotion.
• Obaby reserves the right to extend or amend the competition period where reasonably necessary.

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be selected using a random draw conducted Obaby.
• Obaby's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result of the competition.

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Obaby website order or review.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Obaby may request confirmation of the winner's delivery address and contact details before arranging delivery of the prize.

• All reviews must be genuine and based on the entrant's own experience of the Obaby product purchased.
• Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate content.

• Reviews must not be submitted solely for the purpose of entering the competition without being based on a genuine experience of the product.
• A negative review will not prevent an entrant from being entered into the competition, provided the review is genuine and otherwise complies with these Terms & Conditions.

• Obaby may ask the winner if they would be willing to provide a photograph of themselves with their prize.
• Providing a photograph is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
• If the winner agrees, they will be asked for permission for the photograph to be used by Obaby for promotional purposes, including on its website and social media channels.
• The winner may decline permission without affecting their entitlement to the prize.

• Personal information provided as part of the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Obaby's applicable Privacy Policy.
• Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

Obaby reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant:

• Has breached these Terms & Conditions;
• Has submitted a fraudulent or misleading entry;
• Has submitted a review that is not genuine;
• Has attempted to enter using multiple identities or automated methods; or
• Has attempted to manipulate the review or competition process.

Obaby reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated through the relevant promotional channels.

• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third-party review platform.
• Obaby reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an entrant's statutory consumer rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
