If you’ve ordered one of our super-comfy recliner chairs or a 3-piece room set, your delivery will be handled by BJS. Once your order has been collected from us, the BJS team will contact you by email or text to arrange a convenient delivery date.BJS provides a room-of-choice delivery service, meaning they’ll deliver your furniture directly to the room you select. Before doing so, the team will carry out a risk assessment to ensure their safety and to prevent any damage to your home during the delivery process.

If your item is being delivered by DHL you will receive a text message with your tracking information as soon as it is collected. You can then track this throughout your parcels journey and they will also provide a two hour time slot.

If you have ordered one of our larger items such a comfy chair or a wardrobe for your little one’s clothes, this will be delivered to you via DX. 

Keep an eye on your phone and emails for tracking info direct from the courier. 

DX unfortunately cannot enter your property, so we do recommend having someone with you who can take in the boxes. 

If your item is being delivered by Yodel you will receive a two-hour delivery slot on the day. You can use the Yodel website to track, or even better if you download the Yodel app you can make any changes you need from there. 

This includes amending the delivery date, requesting the item to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
