We wanted to take a moment to share some important information regarding your delivery.

If a scheduled delivery is missed and a redelivery is required, there will be a £20 redelivery charge per order.

 

Please note that our courier partners make every effort to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery process. They will:

  • Contact you to confirm your delivery date,
  • Send a confirmed delivery time slot, and
  • Provide a live tracking link on the day of delivery so you can follow your order’s progress in real time.

We kindly ask that you ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the confirmed time slot to avoid any additional charges.

That said, every order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise.

Registering your product

When registering your product for our guarantee you will be asked to provide proof of purchase for all warranty claims at the time of such claim. Warranty claims will only be accepted from authorised retailers, e-tailers, outlets, and other approved sales channels.

Guarantee is only valid on products purchased by a retailer and through Obaby Limited (Obaby.co.uk) and will be valid for a period up to 2-years from the date of purchase.

Any product purchased second-hand from an unverified source will not include the guarantee – you can check the verified retailers using our stockist checker, which is located here: https://www.obaby.co.uk/approved-online-stockists/

Guarantee is valid only for manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or loss of parts may incur additional charges. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer experience team.

Guarantee is invalid if products have not been registered, and should a claim be made against your product, we will require a proof of purchase document (receipt, order confirmation email, invoice etc)

Spare Parts & Product Investigation Policy

Spare Parts: Please note that all purchases of spare parts are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for spare parts unless they are proven to be defective upon receipt.

 

Product Investigation & Collection Charges:

In cases where a product is being collected for investigation due to a reported fault, the customer is responsible for covering the collection charge. If, upon inspection, the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will refund the full collection charge. However, if no fault is found, the collection charge will not be refunded.
